We are a family owned and operated business serving the Lewis Clark valley for over 10 years. Here at Pro-Property Management, we strive to be a full service rental management solution you can trust. Whether you are trusting us with your investment and listing with us or looking to rent, we promise to take good care of you. Pro-Property wants to make either listing or renting with us as stress-free as possible. In order to do this, we offer many extra features for a tenant such as: submitting an application, viewing open listings, submitting maintenance requests, and paying rent all can be done on our website. Property owner's can rest assured we are taking care of their investment like it is our own.


We are invested in and love this community as it is our home as well. Above and beyond your expectations is what we strive for. The highest compliment any client can give us is the referral of family and friends.

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (closed 1–2 PM for lunch).

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. 

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
